General information

This policy applies to apps and services published by Code Wave Developer Ltd.

We value your privacy and make development decisions that respect it to the best of our ability.

Storage and Sync

Our apps may store data locally on your devices and sync it using Apple's iCloud and CloudKit in your private iCloud database.

In some case we have to use Firebase, Supabase or Appwrite servers to save your data, but we never share your data to others.

Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

No Personally-Identifying Information is transmitted to external locations when using my Apps.

Non-personally identifiable information such as device type and operating system version to our servers. This is used in aggregate to help facilitate development decisions.

HealthKit Data

If you choose to let one of our apps integrate with HealthKit, the app will access only the health data types you explicitly approve.

The health data read from HealthKit is used for display within the app. It is not collected or disclosed outside of your local installation of the app. Only those data types relevant to the app are accessed.

Our apps request permission before writing supported data types to your HealthKit data store.

Your health data is not transferred to third parties. It remains in the app container or your personal HealthKit data store according to your permission choices.

Cookies

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor's computer, and that the visitor's browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. This website identify and track visitors, their usage of website, and their website access preferences. Visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using websites.
